Personally, I believe in taking care of myself - Mind and Body! I´ve always been addicted to physical activity in various forms. I´ve been a professional in martial arts - full contact (Kyokushinkai) Karate and Judo. Yes, I did practice Zen. Professional Swimming was a mind-boggling experience for a number of years.
